The Technology Connexus Association (the "Association") is an incorporated not-for-profit, 501 (C) 3 organization. It will facilitate collaborative educational activities between South Central Texas area entities and persons involved in or interested in the development of new technology. The entities will include private enterprise, scientists, universities, research institutes and interested individuals. The purpose is to educate people about developing technology and to foster the exchange of ideas between people in different disciplines. This sharing of ideas and information will help advance technology even more. Our activities will serve both an educational and scientific purposes.

The primary activity of the Association will be to develop, maintain, and write content for a website that will publish articles of interest to the technology community, such as news items, white papers, and stories about persons and companies making significant contributions to their discipline of technology. The website will contain a calendar of technology-related events. The website will also host technology-oriented discussion groups. We will host quarterly technology community educational and connections events to encourage the exchange of concepts and ideas between different technology disciplines as well as service providers and other individuals interested in technology.
