MBJ: Presidents Island property earns coveted Select Tennessee Certified Site designation

A 42-acre industrial site on Presidents Island in Memphis has received the coveted “shovel-ready” Select Tennessee Certified Site designation by the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development (TNECD).

EDGE, the Port of Memphis (which oversees Presidents Island), and the Greater Memphis Chamber all collaborated to help the site meet the Certified Site requirements.
