FINDING TALENT


Use Job Matches in Handshake to find qualified talent. If applicant numbers are low on your job postings, take a look at the "Matches" tab in the job posting. From there, you can invite qualified students to apply. Explore more on using Job Matches.

RESUME BOOKS

Sourcing candidates? Try this easy strategy available via Handshake.

ECS houses 6 Resume Books on Handshake that College of Engineering and Knowlton students can opt into, meaning the resumes you see in the books are from candidates who are actively looking for a job that semester!


To use Resume Books, you need to be registered with ECS, have an approved job posting in Handshake, and have major specific requests (not "All Majors").


Requests must include:


-Handshake Job ID#

-Job Type: Co-op, Internship, Job

-Major: List the engineering major(s)


Students upload their resume to:


-BS Engineering Interns/Co-ops

-BS Engineering Full-Time Jobs

-MS/PhD Engineering Interns/Co-ops

-MS/PhD Engineering Full-Time Jobs

-Knowlton Interns/Co-ops

-Knowlton Full-Time Jobs
