Please register by January 29th so we have sufficient time to prepare the schedule and coordinate enrollment for everyone in advance for your security access/show credentials.
Once we have your registration – we hope to have a quick turnaround to share the event schedule with all involved – our goal would be to send confirmations out no later than Monday February 5th. In addition to your confirmation and schedule – we will provide you with supporting details you need to know before you go (location, parking, what to wear, etc.) so you will feel well-prepared before coming out to the show.

The ECA Student Committee would like to thank Mike Meyer, ECA Student Committee Chair, Director of Construction Operations, Continental Electrical Construction Company, for his special presentation held during the third Student Chapter session on Thursday, January 25, 2024, regarding VDC (Virtual Design & Construction), as this year’s ECIC primarily concerns BIM use, among other areas concerning a project.
He discussed various aspects of VDC throughout the duration of a project, including the following topic areas: Owner requirements, staffing considerations concerning the modeling process, the number of hours dedicated for the modeling, field, PM, PE input throughout the project, BIM Execution Plan, 3D/Clash detection, Benefits and Challenges to Electrical Pre-Fab inclusion, software tools used, site-specific results, and lessons learned.

This year's auction will be accessible on a mobile app for easy bidding at the Dinner Dance. Each donation item/package must carry a minimum value of $200.
Each donor will be recognized for their contribution with a sign displayed in front of their donation at the auction. They will also be recognized on the bidding app and after the event in ElectriCITY magazine.
