We will be on the road in WEST CHESTER at

 


Once a month we open the doors to members, nonmembers, prospects and any interested parties, to get together, chat, enjoy a drink, some companionship and laughs... getting to know one another as potential friends and potential business partners.


And every summer we take Stammtisch on the road and explore new venues and hope to connect with those in other areas of Greater Cincinnati.


Open to members, nonmembers and prospects. No cost to register. Cash bar.

DAYTON STAMMTISCH

On the Road

Our Dayton-area Stammtisch takes place every 3rd Thursday of the month.


On AUGUST 15th we will not only be going "on the road" but we will be introducing the EACC to Dayton's Technology First audience as they complete their "Why AI" workshop, and to The Arcade Innovation Hub businesses who may be on site. This represents a great opportunity to discover Dayton's innovation hub AND participate in an AI workshop focused on why AI in business delivered by IT professionals.


PLEASE NOTE THE TIME CHANGE TO 5-7 PM (vs 5:30).

BONFIGLIOLI Celebrates 25 Yrs

On July 1st, Bonfiglioli celebrated its 25th anniversary in the USA!


From LaFayette, IN in 1999 to their major facility in Hebron, KY, the journey has been marked by continuous growth and innovation, including hitting production records and expanding their warehouse and production lines, to boasting over 80 employees and 50,000 mobile units assembled in a year.

R.A. JONES Celebrates the Sun

In July, R.A. Jones celebrated the completion of the employee-driven solar panel project! During its 30-year life span, the system will offset 33,200 tons of atmospheric CO2, which is equivalent to planting nearly half a million trees.

Rödl & Partner – VL on IRS Transfer Pricing Enforcement

IRS Transfer Pricing Enforcement: What your Company Needs to Know


On October 20, 2023, the IRS unveiled its new transfer pricing enforcement initiative in response to the increased funding provided by the Inflation Reduction Act. This legislation allocated $80 million to the IRS for enhancing tax compliance efforts and other activities.

 

What have we observed so far? The IRS has directed its attention toward medium and large foreign-owned businesses as part of this initiative.

FIFTH THIRD BANK Currencies of Note

There are 3 specific currencies that are currently interesting in this otherwise rangebound market: the Euro, the JPY, and the MXN.


The Euro has recently slipped from the 1.0900 level due to political risks on the Continent, The JPY continues to show weakness and is right back at levels where the BoJ intervened in late April, and the once mighty MXN has been taking a beating recently, and that is purely on the back of election results in Mexico.
