From the Pastor
Thank you, RPBC! We met our Lottie Moon Christmas Offering goal again! I appreciate so much those who gave prayerfully and sacrificially so that we could do our part in supporting our international missionaries. By the time you read this our LMCO 2020 will have been sent on its way!

As the COVID vaccines have begun to be distributed to prioritized groups, we have cause to be hopeful that we may soon see a marked decline in new COVID cases. I know all of us look forward to being able to come and go without masks, shake hands and hug necks without concern, and come back together at church for fellowship and worship. If you are among those who have to worship from home via the livestream services, I want you to know that I miss you as much as you miss being here. But, I want to commend all of our church for your faithfulness! Our in-facility attendance for worship services is at about 60% of the pre-COVID average. When we add in the reach of our livestreamed services, our “total” for worship each Sunday far exceeds that average. Plus, you have remained faithful in your giving.

It has been almost 1 year since we had to temporarily suspend our services this past March. We have been through a hard year, but we have learned a lot about ourselves. The greatest thing we have learned is that when everything else is taken away, He remains faithful and is worthy of our worship and praise! Thank you for your faithfulness, your loving spirit, your generosity, your encouraging words, your prayers, your trust, your support, your unity, your hopeful outlook, your courage and determination, your resourcefulness, and your patience. Thank you that you have never given up. Thank you that you have supported me while praying that God would give me wisdom. “I thank my God in all my remembrance of you” (Philippians 1:3). And, O God, I thank you that You have never left nor abandoned us!

Our God is an Awesome God !

We are so pumped! We are daily praying for everyone who will come. We are doing everything in our power to make sure everyone who attends stays safe while they’re in our care. Due to COVID, we have to make some changes to our sign-up deadline. If you plan to stay in a host home for the weekend, the deadline to sign up is Wednesday, Jan 20. If you miss that deadline, or if you feel uncomfortable staying in a host home, you can still attend all large group sessions and play games for a reduced price.

We want all parents and students to do what they feel is best for their families, while still offering all students an amazing weekend where Jesus is the focus.

We’re praying for y’all. We’re excited.
We can’t wait for this great weekend!
