The painting of the exteriors of the Palmetto Dunes buildings will soon be complete and the painting of the lanais will commence.
For those who contracted to have their lanais painted by Contractors Painting and Waterproofing, below is a schedule of when the work is expected to be done.
Access to each unit is necessary. Please make arrangements to have your unit open on the scheduled date. If there is a garage or door code that can be used for access, please notify Tatiana Roman of Contractors Painting and Waterproofing at office@cp-wp.com or 239-732-9500.
Everything must be removed from the lanai.

The contract for lanai painting is between the unit owner and Contractors Painting and Waterproofing. The Association is helping the company through sending this email but is NOT responsible for providing access to units. Access is the owner's responsibility.
