The Board of Directors will be meeting virtually on Thursday, October 13th at 6:30 PM. Agenda Topics include the approval of the 2023 Operating and Reserves Budgets, Private Road Reserves Transfer, Pavement Project Additional Cost, Irrigation Contract, Snow Removal Contract, Janitorial Contract and the Annual Meeting 2nd Notice and Proxy. Please CLICK HERE for the Agenda and instructions on how to attend virtually.

Management Offices Closed

Monday, October 10th

The Management Offices will be closed on Monday, October 10th in observance of Columbus Day. The office will re-open on Tuesday, October 11th at 9 am.  If you require after-hours emergency assistance, please call 1-855-477-2267.

Holiday Trash Collection

Collection services will NOT be interrupted due to the Columbus Day Holiday. Pick up is still scheduled for Monday, October 10th.

As a reminder, trash and recycling cans must not be visible to neighboring properties on non-trash days except for the evening prior (after 6 pm) to service.

Fall Cleaning Time! Dulles Farms HOA is hosting a community yard sale at the VA Manor Pool parking lot. Bring your toys, books, clothes, furniture and more.....
