Drinking Water Construction Project Assistance Program

On April 15, 2024 the Drinking Water and Groundwater Advisory Commission voted to refine their spending strategy to sustain the longevity of the Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund. As part of this decision, there will not be a solicitation for proposals in 2024 for the Drinking Water Construction Project Assistance Program. Please note, grants are still available in 2024 for the Source Water Protection, Lead Remediation in Schools and Consolidation Study Assistance programs.

We understand this decision is significant and will impact the drinking water community and decisions of where and how to apply for funding. Please see the Common Grant and Loan Sources for Public Water Systems in New Hampshire funding chart to explore other opportunities or contact Cheryl Bondi the NHDES DWGTF Administrator at (603) 271-8321.
