Dream with us: Answer Strategic Planning Questions

This is a transitional year! Women of the ELCA has an interim executive director. We are going to hit our goal for fundraising for Katie’s Fund! And we are all wondering about the next steps for the future of WELCA. You are invited to participate in a survey to gather ideas about what WELCA is and can be! We will use this time to reflect, dream and prepare together. Take the survey, share the survey and download the QR code!

"What kind of WELCA woman are you?"

WELCA interim executive director Jennifer Hockenbery asks that question every Thursday on the WELCA Facebook page. So far, two Churchwide executive board members, Maria Lokensgard, Southwestern Minnesota SWO (3F), and Merrily Burmeister, Northwestern Minnesota SWO (3D), have answered. It has been a joy to learn more about their interests and ways they engage in WELCA. If you would like to tell us what kind of WELCA woman you are, please follow our Facebook page and leave a comment! Read Jennifer's post about it in our blog.
