A Proclamation to Celebrate 25th Anniversary for Kitty Hoynes
Following a successful Irish Festival in Clinton Square, we're also celebrating an Irish staple in downtown Syracuse. Last week Mayor Walsh stopped by Kitty Hoynes with Downtown Committee Executive Director Merike Treier and Councilor Pat Hogan to issue a proclamation honoring twenty-five years of Irish hospitality courtesy of David Hoyne and his wife Cindy. Thank you both for opening your doors and extending a welcome to our friends and family in the Downtown Syracuse community and beyond!
