DOWNTOWN RETAIL UPDATE
April 2012
Greetings,

Downtown development momentum continues to build.  Downtown has the lowest apartment vacancy rate in central Ohio; and in response,  developers have announced more than 1,000 new residential units in the core of downtown.  They will add an estimated 1,500 new residents in need of retail goods and services.

Please contact me if you think you can help fill this need.

Best wishes to you and your business.
