A new 13-mile bicycle and pedestrian trail, the Southeast Trail, will soon link the Arkansas River Trail in downtown Little Rock with the David D. Terry Lock and Dam. Scheduled to open next month, this will provide an alternative to the Big Dam Bridge loop. The trail will begin at the Clinton Presidential Center. |
