8/12 - FREE Hatha Yoga | Saginaw St. Turf | 9:00 AM
Hatha Yoga is a combination of traditional Hatha and vinyasa styles, encouraging self awareness and autonomy/ authenticity. Following the breath with guided poses and suggestions for alignment and modifications for all. Blocks and straps will be provided and students are encouraged to bring their own. This free class will be held on the Saginaw Street grass turf located next to Ocean Jasper Wellness.

The Bay County Historical Museum is celebrating the 40th anniversary of Madonna's first hit single. The short film Smelly Little Town, which details Bay City's relationship with the star will be shown at the Museum in The Robert & Anne Hachtel Theater on the third Tuesday at 1 PM. Saginaw River Guided Tours feature a live tour guide with a presentation highlighting the sights along the river, history, wildlife viewing, and things to do in the area. This is a relaxing afternoon trip providing light commentary and time for families and friends to enjoy each other’s company in a relaxed setting.
