 Let's face it -- the next time you hire or promote someone, who would you rather pick -- someone who will take the job because the money and title sound good or someone who feels driven, confident, ecstatic, excited, motivated, happy, energized, creative, and - probably - grateful to have an ideal job? (Notice money is de-listed as a motivating factor in taking the job.)
