Speisekammer Restaurant & Bar + Real Estate, Alameda

Steve Zimmerman, RRC’s principal broker has recently sold the Speisekammer Restaurant and Bar including the real estate in Alameda.

Steve has had the opportunity of working with the sellers, Peter and Cindy Kahl, in completing three transactions with them over the past twenty-two years. 

The first transaction was the famous Café Du Nord in San Francisco that Steve sold for Cindy in 2003. The second transaction was in selling the business and the property at the subject property in Alameda which was called Le Bouc which was a well know French restaurant...
