Celebrating Our Hardworking Employees

We are so proud of our wonderful, hard-working employees who go beyond the call of duty. Below is why our Angels are so special...

Elsy R. has been with Visiting Angels since July 2021 and quickly became a welcome addition to our caregiving team! Elsy is a wonderful caregiver and is always willing to go the extra mile for our clients. She has frequently changed her schedule to accommodate client needs. She is friendly and outgoing. Elsy demonstrates reliability and accountability when communicating with the office about her schedule to ensure accuracy in billing and payroll. She is prompt in submitting her duty sheets each week and diligent to make sure that any changes in our client's condition that seem unusual are reported to the office quickly so that a nurse can follow up if needed. Her gentle and calm demeanor is reassuring to our clients.

Judith W. has been one of our go-to Angels since May 2018. She tends to be long-term with any client she serves. She is friendly and has an outstanding sense of humor that makes her extremely popular with our clients. Judith is responsive to office communication regarding updated policy changes and any requests for information. She ensures that her personnel file remains up-to-date and in compliance with Visiting Angels policies. Her dedication to caregiving both inside and outside of Visiting Angels makes Judith adept at caring for all Visiting Angels' clients including those clients that have challenging circumstances regarding their care.

We appreciate and thank you, Elsy and Judith!

50TH ANNIVERSARY GIFT

A local church held a marriage seminar. The pastor asked an older attendee, Luigi, as his 50th wedding anniversary approached, to share some insight into how he managed to stay married to the same woman all these years.

Luigi replied to his audience, “Well, I've tried to treat her well and spend money on her. But the best thing I've done was take her to Italy for our 20th anniversary.

The pastor said, “Luigi, you are an inspiration to all husbands here today. Please tell the audience what you plan for your wife for your 50th anniversary.”

Luigi proudly replied, “I’m going to go get her!”
