The 2016 Bash will be held at the Houston Country Club on May 11th to honor KPC's founder, Mary Van Kerrebrook, for her passion and vision in working to conserve the Katy Prairie.

Thanks to Mary's foresight, KPC has protected more than 20,000 acres of valuable habitat for the thousands of species of wildlife and plants that rely on the prairie to thrive. The Katy Prairie provides many benefits to the public as well.

We need your help to continue this work. By supporting the Bash you will help us:

• save more land;
• restore grasslands and wetlands;
• provide opportunities to hike, bike, birdwatch, and hunt close to home; and
• encourage a new generation to learn about prairies as a historically and presently important landscape .

Thank you for your commitment to KPC and to the prairie lands we protect.  We hope to see you on May 11th!
