JT Thomas is a two-time US and World Smooth Champion with a BFA in dance. She has an extensive career as a dancer, choreographer, and national adjudicator, including appearances on ABC's "Dancing with the Stars" and as a choreographer for "So You Think You Can Dance".

Level I - Beginning Bronze

• Sun 2 pm Progressive Two Step I
• Sun 3 pm: 4-Count Swing I,

a country swing dance with one count per beat.

• Mon 6 pm Tango I
• Mon 7 pm West Coast Swing I
• Tue 6 pm: Cha Cha I
• Sat 12pm Line Dance I,

a choreographed dance with a repeating sequence of steps while arranged in lines

All these classes are great for beginner students.

It is recommended to start at the beginning of the month as they do progress throughout the month.

Level II classes cover full bronze combinations

Level III classes cover silver combinations
