This year is IVCLA's 35 th Anniversary and we are celebrating the occasion with our first-ever one-day summit. Save the date for
May 13 th and join us at Loyola Marymount University for an intriguing day of discussions about strengthening the power of diplomacy through innovation and technology at our Diplomacy Begins Here Summit.

We will be discussing L.A.'s thriving Silicon Beach and the entrepreneurial spirit that feeds it; the importance of STEAM (STEM+Arts) education, locally as well as its role in U.S. foreign policy; science, technology and innovation as global endeavors, and their implications for global trade to the L.A. region.

IVCLA's mission is to create international understanding and cooperation between the Los Angeles region and the rest of the world through citizen diplomacy. In this time of global turmoil, the international dialogues we facilitate are vital to creating a more peaceful world.

Come be a part of the conversation about the future of diplomacy and gain insights about the new dynamics technology will bring to citizen diplomacy.
