Know Your Numbers!


The Show Your Love Today Initiative has created a quick overview of common health numbers you will likely hear during your wellness check-up. This booklet shares information about your heart health numbers, blood pressure, BMI, and more. Download "Know Your Numbers" - Be sure you know the optimal ranges and reasons for concern if your numbers get too high or low.


Another great resource to learn about your blood pressure numbers can be downloaded here. If you are able and have access to a blood pressure cuff, here a guide for taking your blood pressure at home and what to do afterwards.

What postpartum moms need to know

Based on the ACOG Guidelines, our clinic and birthing parent partners co-created a New Parent Health 1-pager. This 1-page written print-out was then turned into quick 'what to know' and 'what to expect' videos to learn about important postpartum recovery topics in 2-mins or less.
