Last month we held a speed networking event where members had the chance to introduce themselves to the group and then we had small break out rooms where 3-4 members could talk and meet casually before being brought back to the main chat room. Good connections were made and lots of laughs as to who would be put into the next round of break out rooms. Many commented that they would try this format in their own workplaces! Thank you to everyone who joined in!
FACTS ABOUT LAKES REGION BUILDER'S GREEN JACKET... a golfing tradition.
LRBRA members began receiving the "Ugly Green Jacket in 2015. The original purpose, as envisioned by golf co-chair Ray Boelig, was to not only recognize the winning team's at the annual golf tournament but also award them with a memorable jacket to wear and keep safe until the next year's tournament. The 2020 winner was John Stephens, Team Stephens Landscaping. Looks like John has been practicing over the winter, perhaps he is trying to keep the jacket for another year. Who will get the "Green Jacket" at this year's 2021 Tournament?
