Thank you ODOT Director Marchbanks for being with us last week


A top transportation priority for the Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce is improving the route between Toledo and Columbus. We appreciate Ohio Department of Transportation Director Jack Marchbanks, and Deputy Director, District 2, Pat McColley for joining us last week to provide an update to over 100 Chamber members and elected officials from all over the region on the state's Strategic Transportation Development and Analysis plan.

The Minority Business Development Assistance Center (MBAC) at the Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce supports the growth and sustainability of small, minority-owned, and disadvantaged businesses in Ohio. Come join our team as an MBAC Financial Advisor.


We are also looking for a Local Government Affairs Manager who will be responsible for engaging on the activities of regional local governments such as Toledo City Council, Lucas County Commissioners and Toledo Public Schools. They will provide analysis and recommendations on issues as they relate to the TRCC's public policy agenda and interests of the business community.

Sabrina D'Onofrio, SBDC Program Manager, presented earlier this month at the SBDC National Conference in Nashville on how leveraging contract consultants has allowed our center to add capacity and expertise when serving clients.

And Busang Magosi, SBDC Financial Counselor, spoke last week to LISC and the Art Tatum Zone at an entrepreneur-nontraditional lender speed mentoring event held at The Tabernacle.
