The purpose of bullying is to hide inadequacy. Bullying has nothing to do with managing etc; good managers manage, bad managers bully. Management is managing; bullying is not managing. Therefore, anyone who chooses to bully is admitting their inadequacy, and the extent to which a person bullies is a measure of their inadequacy.

The idea for this publication was spawned after owning and running my own retail business. The community was encouraging but gave the sense that something was missing in the connection between having a dream and living the reality of an entrepreneur. It is my belief that many inspiring professionals and entrepreneur are yearning to start their own business. This compilation is to record the reality of the journey of entrepreneurs. We are accepting submission that will provide a true understanding what it is to be an entrepreneur.
