Dear Members of the Finnish-American Community:

It's that time of year again.

FFN is searching for the next Performer of the Year and Lecturer of the Year, and we'd like your input.

We know there are many Finns, Finnish-Americans and Friends of Finland with talent and expertise that would enjoy becoming a part of our touring programs

2025

Performer of the Year

and Lecturer of the Year

Application deadline is September 1, 2024

Solo performers and experts on topics related to Finnish America or Finland are invited to share those talents with audiences across the United States as Finlandia Foundation National

Performer of the Year (POY) or Lecturer of the Year (LOY) for 2025.

Throughout the year, the POY and LOY travel for live appearances hosted by FFN chapters.

The presenters receive a travel stipend from FFN, and host organizations provide an honorarium and local hosting arrangements.

We thought you may know potential candidates for the LOY and POY opportunities, and would appreciate it if you’d share this information and encourage their application by September 1, 2024.
