DISTRICT & COMMUNITY UPDATES

Dear Friend of Wellness:

Let us set our intentions to embrace a positive and successful school year's end recognizing one of our most important assets...our STUDENTS, especially in our 2021 graduation ceremonies and celebrations creating memories that will resonate in their minds for a lifetime.

These graduations will offer each of us the opportunity to have genuine and sincere conversations about what life should look like for a young person chasing a dream...and United We Stand...as we tell our graduates, parents, teachers, and colleagues our last heartfelt remarks and goodbyes. However, never forget that as we stand united and offer our love, compassion, kindness, and understanding of circumstances faced by each other...heavy burden feel lighter, and together, we are more willing to keep pressing on and moving forward with acceptance and unity.

As you know, our summer break is fast approaching; let's continue living with intention and encouraging everyone to take time to restore and rebuild oneself.

Continue being a beacon of LIGHT

for all the children

and each other...

let's grow  STRONGER  together!

Be healthy and safe ~ Paula

Sankalpa means an intention formed by the heart and mind...

a solemn vow, determination, or will. In practical terms a Sankalpa means a one-pointed resolve to focus both

psychologically and philosophically on a specific goal.

A sankalpa is a tool meant to harness the will,

and to focus and harmonize mind and body.
