- The committee explored the implications of these different scenarios on bond issues and millage amounts.
- The group discussed the upcoming Five-Year Forecast, which will be released in May, and considered how to include projected PreK operating costs, as well as the impact of expanded PreK operating costs on potential operating levies.
- The committee also explored the possibility of a joint ballot issue to include a bond issue for capital needs and a small operating levy for PreK operating costs.

District leaders and the Board of Education will continue to discuss these topics at the Monday, March 20 Board of Education work session and in future Board meetings.

A Shaker Heights Board of Education's special work session devoted to facilities will take place at 5 p.m. Monday, March 20, in the High School small auditorium. This session will be open to the public to attend in person and will also be livestreamed at shaker.org/boardlive and via Boxcast.
