September 15, 2023
Dear Neighbors,
On Monday, we honored the memory of all of the innocent lives that we lost on September 11, 2001. Fire Stations across Pasadena raised and lowered the flag to half-staff and shared a moment of silence. We will never forget and will continue to stand united in our commitment to peace and resilience.
This week, it was announced that Pasadena Water and Power (PWP) Department has appointed Lynne Chaimowitz as its new Assistant General Manager (AGM) of Finance and Administration after a nationwide search. As the AGM of finance and administration, she will oversee budgeting and financial planning, rates, risk management, and utility accounting and settlements related to energy and fuel activities. We look forward to welcoming her to the City of Pasadena!
Lastly, join my office this Saturday, September 16th at the Pasadena Latino Heritage Parade and Festival starting at N. Los Robles Ave. & Buckeye and ending at Pasadena City Hall! Please see below for more details.
Please do not hesitate to contact us for any assistance with city services.
Warmly,
