Sequor Law Secures Appellate Affirmance of Multi-Million Dollar Judgment
Sequor Law attorneys Edward H. Davis, Jr., Arnoldo Lacayo, and Christopher A. Noel recently obtained a favorable opinion from Florida’s Third District Court of appeal, affirming a previously-obtained jury verdict finding liability against German and Colombian entities for fraud, conversion and conspiracy claims in favor of Sequor’s client, opening the door for immediate collection efforts for the client’s over $10MM dollar judgment.
