Discover Chabot: New and Returning Student and Parent Engagement Night

January 11, 5:00-7:00 PM

Chabot College welcomes new and returning students to attend the Discover Chabot Event this Wednesday, January 11, at 5:00 P.M. in the Event Center, Bldg. 700 South. Come to get your questions answered and find out about all that Chabot offers.


Free parking and dinner provided, and also a free backpack for all students! Masking is required indoors.

There's still time to register for Spring 2023 classes! The first day of classes is January 17th, and many Spring 2023 classes offer late-start options.

When: Saturday, February 4, 2023, 8:30 A.M. - 11:30 A.M.

Calling all Chabot Alumni, friends, First-Year Experience (FYE), and Movement students! Join us on Saturday, February 4, 2023 at 8:30 A.M. for our next community hike at Lake Chabot. Enjoy a refreshing, casual walk while networking.


We will meet in front the parking/dog fee pay station at 8:30 A.M., and we anticipate concluding the walk around 11:30 A.M. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Please bring your own water, snacks, and anything else you might need to make your walk comfortable. If you are driving to the event, note that street parking is free; parking in the lot is $5.


We are monitoring the weather closely. Please be sure to RSVP, so we are able to contact you with any updates/alternative options, in case of rain.
