Nonprofit Virtual Coffee Chat - Succession Planning Essentials

Join Leddy Group for an overview of what succession planning is, why it’s important, the methodology and elements involved, as well as how to conduct a talent review and institute development plans to grow future leaders from within. Susannah Chance, Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Leddy Group is our subject matter expert for this session. Susannah leads the HR function for both Leddy Group and Work Opportunities Unlimited, Leddy’s sister organization dedicated to “creating new opportunities for success in the workplace everyday” for individuals with barriers to employment.

The 38th Annual Cochecho Arts Festival begins in July.

The summer-long Festival showcases regionally recognized acts as well as top local Seacoast entertainers. The Chamber is proud to have taken the lead in promoting the arts and community events in Dover with the belief that everyone benefits from a vibrant, healthy community. All Cochecho Arts Festival events are free to attend and open to the public.
