SUCCESS STORIES + PROJECT UPDATE
THIS IS CARLOS + MARIA
They were both laid off from their restaurant jobs at the same time. Carlos has since returned part-time , but without tips and without a second income, they are struggling. Because of YOU, case managers provided rental assistance so the Garcias and their 5-month old remain housed.

THIS IS WILLIAM
He left a job and home to move closer to his kids on the Central Coast. But it wasn't easy and he eventually needed help. A friend told him about El Camino Homeless Organization (ECHO). Once at ECHO, it wasn't long before he found full time employment, reconnected with his children, and saved enough for his own home. Now his children live with him and in his "spare" time, he stops by ECHO - his community.

UPDATE: COVID COMMUNITY RESPONSE PROJECT
In just four months since launching the COVID Community Response Project, over $100,000 has been disbursed directly to community members impacted by the pandemic! Encompassing more than just financial assistance, case managers also provide access to wrap around services and resources.

BECAUSE OF YOU, over 100 people remain housed. These are our neighbors, friends and colleagues.
Below are just some of the faces of this project.

We are looking to increase funding as needs continue to rise. Feel free to forward this email to a friend, give a shout out on social media, or keep the conversation moving forward. Together we can do so much.
