What Academies Are Available?
IASA’s incoming Associate Director of Professional Development, Dr. Dawn Bridges, will be continuing many popular IASA Administrative Academies, including Why Your Why Matters (AA #1445), Women in Leadership (AA #3665) as well as our Effective Communications Strategies Academy (AA # 1761).
Our team of experienced Field Services Directors can also be booked in your district or region to lead an administrative academy or workshop. Examples include Problem Solving and Collective Bargaining: Using an Interest-Based Approach (AA #3782), Adaptive Leadership Dealing With Change (AA #1825) and Navigating Superintendent and School Board Relationships (AA #3998).

Administrative Retreat and Institute Days
Looking for a speaker at an Institute Day or for an Administrative Retreat? IASA is here to help. Dr. Bridges has three decades of experience leading trainings and speaking to education audiences from suburban, rural and urban areas.
She has a lifelong passion of inclusivity and equitable programming for all students, especially students with special needs. Her unique background as Vice President of Educational Affairs at Right at School, co-lead of the AASA Social- Emotional Learning cohort, Director of Professional Development for Discovery Inc. and Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction at Community Consolidated #181 provides her with numerous experiences to draw upon.
