Hello Friends,
I was in Spain last week and had a reinforcing experience to do with the Cosmology of Light (COL) at La Seu, the Cathedral in Palma de Mallorca. In this cosmology light holds a central place, and energy, matter, and increasingly sophisticated surfacings are seen as potentially expressing more of the fullness of Light. From this point of view to consciously connect with Light, whether in thought or action, or to grapple with its dynamics to attempt to embed more of its functioning in devices, or to open devices to more of its functioning, is to engage in a more active dialog with Life.
Here I share recent attempts on the local, international, and a national stage respectively, to do with actively integrating principles from COL into talks, sharing practical insight about the application of light in written articles, and continuing to integrate insight about light into quantum theoretical constructions.

Cosmology of Light at La Seu Cathedral | |

Last week, I visited La Seu (the Cathedral in Palma de Mallorca). I began to feel a resonance on entering, and the space around my heart progressively transformed. That space began to fill with a deeper peace, and I sat down to cherish the moment. The cathedral is adorned with beautiful stained glass, and I knew the dynamic play of light activating these living jewels had shifted my state of being. It occurred to me that I had witnessed a practical instance of something that has almost singularly occupied my life for the last decade—Cosmology of Light and its applications. On Sunday I participated in a local community event in the Berkeley area on Longevity.
Specifically, I gave a presentation on a Pulsed Electro Magnetic Frequency (PEMF) Device - PEMF Kloud Signal: A Pathway to Longevity, in which I highlighted that the electromagnetic spectrum is only an edge of Light, and further, can become a doorway into more of the the fullness of Light. It is an edge because its fourfold architecture can be modeled to originate from four properties implicit in Light. It can become an active doorway by learning to appropriately leverage known mechanics associated with it - signal shape, repetition rate of the signal, frequency range embedded in the signal, and penetration depth due to micro-Tesla power range that may animate it.
A successful PEMF device is one which initiates and allows more of the flow from the natural reservoir of wellness in Light to surface within a biological organism.

Changing the Mathematics of Organization | |
The matrix to the right is a depiction of the Light Equation central to COL. Organizationally, it suggests that there are different levels of inspiration that have different effective power in changing the mathematics of organization.
A couple of weeks ago I published a thought-piece on Forbes that highlighted four mechanisms that can change the mathematics of organization by clearing the way, so to speak, to get to deeper levels of inspiration:
- The first, Emotional Intelligence (EQ), can help to reduce noise, thereby also building the ability to hear softer and even more distant signals that may be arising in the organization or in the system it is part of.
- The second, Mental-model Intelligence (MQ), uses EQ as a starting point to help people & teams become aware of some of the deeper assumptions and models that might be driving behavior.
- The third, PowersWithin, helps people navigate to deeper individuality.
- And the fourth, visualization of light, helps people harmonize with situations they may have little direct control over.

IEEE ETNCC Keynote on Quantum Dynamics in Namibia | |
In July I will be delivering a keynote address at the IEEE Conference on Emerging Trends in Networks and Computer Communications organized by the UNESCO Chair on Secure High Performance Computing for Higher Education and Research, Namibia University of Science & Technology, Windhoek, Namibia.
My topic is Quaternary Interpretation of Quantum Dynamics & Its Technological Implication. This talk presents a novel exploration of quantum mechanics through a quaternary framework, proposing a paradigm shift in our understanding and application of quantum phenomena like superposition and entanglement. Arguing that such phenomena are intrinsic to matter, this research introduces the Quaternary Interpretation of Quantum Dynamics (QIQD). This interpretation reimagines atoms as natural quantum computers operating within a fourfold code of space-time-energy-gravity, which serves as a fundamental blueprint for their functionality. The implications for technology, particularly in the creation of Integrated Quantum Computational Intelligence (IQCI) nano-cyborgs, are profound. These devices, designed to interface directly with the quantum realm, could significantly impact material science and life sciences by harnessing quantum intelligence inherent in natural systems. This reevaluation could lead to advanced quantum computers that exploit the untapped quantum capabilities of atoms, molecules, and cells, potentially leading to significant scientific breakthroughs and technological advancements.
