Transportation Program Assistant, Full-Time
Town of Monroe Dial-A-Bus
The Town of Monroe is accepting applications for the position of Full-Time Transportation Program Assistant for our Dial-A-Bus operation. This position involves the management of the daily operations of the Town’s Dial-A-Bus Program including, but not limited to, managing and scheduling of drivers and routes, tracking and analysis of data for federal, state and county reporting purposes as well as general office manager duties. Applicants should have excellent knowledge of the Town of Monroe area, strong interpersonal and organizational skills and a thorough understanding of the transportation system. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
This is a provisional appointment, subject to the candidate achieving a reachable score on the forthcoming Civil Service Exam for this title in order to maintain the position. Salary is commensurate with knowledge and experience.
