Is that open space or undeveloped property?

As you travel around Castle Rock, you may find yourself asking if the vacant land you see is dedicated open space or an undeveloped property.

To help residents identify potential uses for land, the Town of Castle Rock created the Undeveloped Properties tab on the Development Activity Map. This tab showcases all of the current undeveloped properties within Town limits. You can use this map to navigate to areas around Town to see if it has been dedicated as Town open space or if it is a developable property that is currently vacant. In addition to showing undeveloped property, you can discover how the land is currently zoned. The map outlines different zoning for these properties, including residential and various commercial uses.
