 SoulCollage Workshop
Saturday, March 15th & 22nd
1 - 4 pm
$35 for Part I or $50 for both!
SoulCollage� is an intuitive process that requires no prior artistic experience or creative ability. Learn to use magazine images to create a personalized deck of cards. These cards are used to gain understanding, engage creativity, access inner wisdom, and illuminate life's journey.
During this 2-part introductory workshop, we will investigate the four suits of a SoulCollage deck, make personalized cards, interpret our cards, and engage with other caring and compassionate souls along the way. *Cheryl Congrove is a certified SoulCollage� facilitator and expressive arts therapist. She specializes in working with women from all walks of life and is passionate about the healing effects of art and community.

 The Art of Self Love
A Workshop-style Weekend Retreat
Bri Boertman, Ariel Ruben, and Cheyenne Carrell are excited to present this collaborative workshop-style retreat! This holistic experience is specifically designed for women who have the desire to cultivate an authentic sense of empowerment and shared community.
Throughout the weekend we will explore gentle yoga, mindful meditation, creative self-expression, sharing circles, and other healing modalities designed to nurture the whole, soulful Self and honor our need for being seen and heard in a safe and nourishing environment.
Please join us for a weekend of healing and female companionship! We look forward to spending authentic time with you.
