The fall of 2017 was the first ever golf outing fundraiser for Ken's Krew at The White Beeches Golf Club in Hawthorne, NJ. The event was a huge success!

Corporate/Individual Sponsors & Hole Sponsors.
This is where we bring in the most money for Ken's Krew. Sponsorships are the most vital piece to the overall financial success of the outing. All donations go directly to the organizations bottomline. For example, if you have a friend/family member who works for a company that donates to non-profits, they can sponsor a hole for $500.00. Each hole sponsor receives a custom sign that will be placed at one of the 18 holes on the course acknowledging their donation. Some company's sponsor more than one hole. Other sponsorships are also available for larger events of the day, such as lunch: $2,500, cocktail reception: $1,750, or course refreshments: $1,500. All of these sponsors will receive an acknowledgement banner as well as recognition in the evening's dinner brochure.
Golfers.
The day of golf began with 11:30 registration followed by lunch and golf. The cocktail reception begins at 5:30 followed by dinner at 6:30. 4-somes can register as a group, however, we also had many singles/doubles that were grouped together at the last event. Our first outing brought in 100 golfers, White Beeches can accommodate many more! Our goal is to exceed last years number.
Cocktail Reception & Dinner.
With each golfer, there is the potential for a spouse, friend, or family dinner guest. It is a great way to contribute to Ken's Krew while enjoying a fun evening out. Did we mention?......... cocktail reception begins at 5:30!
Raffle & Auction Items.
This is a critical area where we can really use your help. Raffle items tend to be less expensive, typically in the $100. range, or groupings of smaller items such as $25.00 gift cards to Starbucks, Dunkin' Donuts, etc. which can be combined in a gift basket. Auction items are generally higher priced items such as tickets to a professional sporting event, Broadway show, vacation home donations, golf outing 4-somes, etc. Any unique experience would make a great auction item. Get creative! Last year we had a donation of a chef tasting dinner at Delmonico's Steak House in New York City which included a chef meet and greet. Please start thinking about who you know in your personal and professional circles that you could approach. Both the raffle and auction are held during the cocktail and dinner hour.
50/50 Tickets.
This year we are offering 300 tickets. Most of these ticket sales are "
in advance"
of the golf outing. If all 300 tickets are sold, the winner walks away with $15,000. (pretax) and Ken's Krew with $15,000.
