Notice of Hearing - The Derry Township Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at 6:00 pm in the main meeting room of the Administration building of the Derry Township Municipal Complex, at 600 Clearwater Road, Hershey. The purpose of the hearing is to consider testimony and evidence and receive public comment on Conditional Use Application No. 2024-03, as filed by Creekview Lawn and Landscapes, LLC (“Applicant”) for the property located at 970 Bullfrog Valley Road, Hummelstown, PA, identified as Dauphin County Parcel No. 24-057-149. All interested parties are welcome to attend.

The Township of Derry is planning to apply for free trees through the Tree Pennsylvania 2024 Fall Bareroot tree planting program. The Township would like to make these free trees available to homeowners in Derry Township for planting along the streets within the public right-of-way.
