New Athletic Field at Valleyview Dedicated

Morris Knolls High School is holding two information nights for 8th grade parents and students regarding two programs, the Math and Science Magnet Program and the International Baccalaureate Program. Over 200 students are currently involved in the programs. Please click here for more information.
12th Annual Charity Golf Outing
The Denville Education Foundation is hosting its 12th Annual Charity Golf Outing on October 18th. The outing will be held at the Rockaway River Country Club. There will be golf, awards, an auction and food. Please click here for more information and tickets.
Morris Knolls Junior Eagles Wrestling
Registration is open for the 2021-22 wrestling season. The program is open to residents of the Morris Knolls High School sending districts. (Denville and Rockaway Township) in grades K-8. Please click here for more information.
Atlantic Health Systems Free Programs for Parents
Atlantic Health Systems’ Children’s Health and Goryeb Children’s Hospital is proud to share the programs that will be offered free of charge that would benefit parents and school personnel. The upcoming program is on October 6 and 13th entitled Meet the Sleep Experts to discuss sleep issues in toddlers and teens. Please click here for more information.

The 2021 Alliance 5K Donut Dash will be held on October 3rd. The dash will be held at the MacKinnon Middle School at 137 East Central Ave, Wharton. Please click here for more information.

Navigating Hope Mobile Outreach Program
Navigating Hope utilizes an outreach van to provide case management, advocacy, and a variety of services, including benefits eligibility screenings and application assistance, for low-income and
homeless individuals. Please click here for more information on services.

Board of Education Meeting Highlights
1. the Board approved donations from the public $20,000+ worth of equipment and supplies.
2. Thank you to Little Learner Academy in Denville for loaning a minibus while one of the district's minibuses is being repaired
3. Congratulations to Mrs. Lydia Stiles (VV Teacher) presented an award from the Boy Scouts of America presented by Councilmen Golinski and Gabel.
4. The Board approved the district remote learning plan posted here.
