The outdoor Famers Market season is ending with Pet Day! Bring your pet to the market, shop, and enjoy free activities, including:

Ruby, the Beloved Community Resource Dog, visit from 1:30-2:30 pm
- a festive fall theme selfie station for people and pets
- kids' Halloween kids craft
- pet costume parade at 4 pm

Eight Bell's Weaving
hand-woven tote bags and straps
You may have to Eight Bell's Weaving tent at the Dedham Farmers Market.
Have you seen Owner and Maker Craig Jordan doing weaving demonstrations?
Did you know Craig will make custom pieces? All are hand-woven by the artist.
Eight Bell's Weaving uses the Band Weaving technique to make products such as
market totes, drawstring bags, straps, belts, and more. You will see his colorful products.
What is Band Weaving?
Band Weaving to the hand production of narrow woven fabric?
This fabric may be called tape, band, inkle, strap, belt, back strap, trim, and more.
It can be accomplished on various types of looms, including inkle, band, tape, backstrap,
and rigid heddle looms. Hole and slot heddles are also designed to weave bands.
The material could be warp-faced or a balanced weave, depending on the loom. -Wikipedia

Become a Vendor at the Winter Farmers Market
The second annual indoor Dedham Winter Farmers Market at Dedham Town Hall will be held on Saturdays from 10 am-2 pm, November 18 and 2023-March 30, 2024. Each week will feature various vendors, from local farms to specialty artisan foods, local artists, and makers of gifts. Special gift markets with more vendors for holiday shopping will be from November 18 to December 16, February 10 (Valentine’s Day) and March 23 (Easter).

Healthy Incentives Program
We accept SNAP. You can also use your SNAP benefits to buy fruits and vegetables from a HIP-authorized farm or vendor. With the HIP program, you will receive $1 back on your EBT card for each dollar spent on eligible fruits and vegetables, up to a monthly limit. Oakdale Farm, MacArthur Farm, Freitas Farm and We Grow Microgreens participate in SNAP & HIP.
