Congratulations to The Richards Family,

our December Yard of the Month Winners!

The Richards moved to Boerne in May 2017 and love calling Esperanza's Las Brisas home.🏡 While their entire family takes part in keeping the landscaping beautiful, Dawn especially enjoys succulent & flower gardening. The Richards have a deep appreciation for nature and can often be seen exploring the walking trails. They also love attending community events and are grateful for the time and hard work put into the year-round activities calendar. The Richards feel blessed to live in the Hill Country surrounded with so many friendly neighbors who have become family to them. 🧡
