Happy Hannukah! Wishing your family peace and light this holiday season. No matter what you celebrate, we could all use more brightness and kindness.

Well we made it to the last month of another crazy year. Let's squeeze as much joy and love as we can out of this year, especially now that we are entering the holiday season. We are here for you to balance out the craziness and maybe even help you out with some gifts. Our food bucket is being replaced with a toy bucket today, I'm trying to get Santa himself to collect them but we only have 2 week, as he will be in the area collecting the bins on the 15th.

The studio will be closed on Saturday, December 25th & January 1st for the holidays. We will be running classes on those Sundays and may add some other pop-up classes. Stay tuned for more information. Don't forget our merchandise and Savvi items make great gifts. Check out what items will be arriving at the studio this month. Join us for a class or schedule a private session

Sunday classes will continue several weekends each month. These classes are on the schedule so sign up if your interested. Check our online schedule, app, or social media for the latest information.

As always, we will continue to monitor classes and adjust as needed. Please put yourself on the waitlist or reach out to Michele if you can't get into a class, we may be able to get you in.

Merchandise & Savvi

Who do you still need to buy for this year? Our merchandise makes great gifts even beyond the Pilates practitioner. Bala bands are terrific for runners or anyone looking to add a bit more weight to their exercise. We even have two pound Bala Bands in black, great for men. Toe socks are perfect around the house in the winter, we have men's sizes too. Who wants toner arms but may not want to do too much? Cali Weights can be worn daily and we have them in several colors and sizes. Did you see the Zadar tops we got in? Both the ribbed and waffle fabric are on the rack but only two are left and they are sold out online.

Some new items are on the way from our new Savvi headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah. Stirrups are back, but in the best way ever. Not that thick elastic band, but buttery fabric that feels nice against your feet or you can even leave them up and not use the stirrup. So great for under your boots this winter. Crane leggings will be available in black, purple haze, and acacia heather (think beige/gray, pictured on the right). We had a request for red, so we have the Solas in crimson. The Kozas are our booty-lifting leggings and will be available in gray and moon rock (pinkish gray). What I'm most excited about is the Rebel French Terry Top with Savvi's logo that means moving forward together. The Rebel is coming in powder, green (pictured on the right), and cocoa (pictured on the right). All will be available on our rack soon.

Need something else? Savvi is so much more than leggings, see their Everyday and Vibe items as well as more activewear, in stock now and shipped before the holidays. Check out the Sarah top and Infinity scarf dropping Friday, they will be available starting at 1:30 PM but will not last long. Through December 12th, place an order of $99 or more and receive a free gift. Gifts could be a hat, top, bra, or other Savvi merchandise.

TOY DRIVE

Our food bucket from Winman Planning and The Shore Movement is getting picked up today and replaced with a toy bucket for December. This year we are joining Shore Luxury Limo's annual Holiday Trolly Toy Drive. They collected 5,000 toys last year and have a goal to double that this year, so let's help them reach their goal and make the holidays a little brighter for the children in Ocean and Monmouth Counties.

Please bring unwrapped toys for children of all ages and genders to the studio now through December 15th. I know it's not much time, but I'm hoping Santa will make a stop to Pilates by the Bay on his trolly tour to pick up the toys. He will be in Ocean County on the 15th so we need to have the toys ready for him in time to deliver them to the children for Christmas.
