In our recent annual board meeting on December 3rd, the IAW Foundation board members gathered to review the impactful events of 2023. Discussions included the achievements and community events across our four chapters. We celebrated successes and set ambitious goals for the future, aligning our vision with the evolving needs of the communities we serve. Our exclusive event was held on December 7, 2023, at Connelly Theater, New York. Hosted by the IAW Foundation and Waterwell, the evening was a special occasion to mix and mingle at Waterwell's production of "A Good Day to Me Not to You," by and starring Lameece Issaq, directed by Lee Sunday Evans.

What a joyous night it was as IAW Foundation proudly sponsored the Yalda Night celebration at UCI, hosted by the Society of Iranian Graduate Students, joining our vibrant community in commemorating this beautiful Persian festival. The atmosphere was filled with warmth, laughter, and cultural richness as we gathered to honor the longest night of the year.
It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with students and share the benefits of our mentorship and scholarship programs.
