About SeaMonsterCove.com

Enter and you are transported to Maug Island, a very real place located in the Northern Mariana Islands, only a few miles from the deepest largest trench on the planet. On the surface Maug appears to be three small islands, but below is what remains of a massive volcano, the three islets – all that remains of its rim.

And three miles beneath the volcano…

SeaMonsterCove.com is home to an interactive theme park housing the most frightening sea creatures ever to have existed on our planet. You can visit them or cage dive in their habitats as they circle and attack.

Members can watch one of our two original Sea Monster webTV series, then get behind the controls of a mini-sub in our long-awaited video game. Your mission: To capture a toothy critter and haul it back to Sea Monster Cove where you can then go cage diving with it.

Members receive 24/7 day access to everything including a second video game (Run Layla Run) where you compete against other members for top score.

In addition to our always unique 360 cage dive experiences, be sure to visit our private library that features ENHANCED color versions of many of my novels with more to come… all free with your membership. Glowing Sharks in Deepwater
Kitefin sharks (Dalatias licha) have been known about since the 18th century, but it was only in January 2020 that scientists saw them glowing in the dark for the first time. They are not the only bioluminescent sharks – roughly one in 10 species has that ability – but at up to 1.8 meters, kitefins are by far the biggest that have been found.

Giant Animals: Lions, Tigers, Serpents & More
We often hear about massive animals that roam the earth, but it's hard to imagine what they look like next to the average human. Some animals weigh multiple tons, and they can crush humans within seconds. It is mind-boggling to see how these animals measure up to us. From horses to whales, to animals that you would never expect, these animals will give you a better perspective of how big the members of the animal kingdom really are compared to us.

Meet My Talented Cousin: Iris Braydon
Iris Braydon is very excited to share that she has secured the rights to option Dog Training the American Male, a rom-com novel written by NY Times best-selling author Steve Alten, under the pen name L.A. Knight. Iris, a busy actor living in Los Angeles, recently guest starred in 3 Lifetime Films, a TV pilot, an Amazon commercial and a short film, passion project. She's also thrilled about finding the right streaming home for a comedic series she wrote with two partners. Past credits include (Mad Men, Modern Family, The Goldbergs, Shameless, MOM & Community)

Recipe of the Month:
Fresh Peach Summer Rolls
Ingredients:
fresh peaches
rice paper wrappers
cucumber
jicama
fresh mint
fresh Thai basil
fresh cilantro
dipping sauce (see recipe below)

DIPPING SAUCE
2 T fresh lime juice
2 T seasoned rice wine vinegar
2 T honey
a few drops toasted sesame oil

Blend together the dipping sauce and set aside.

Prep the components of the spring rolls by washing and pitting the peaches and slicing into thin slices. Cut cucumber and jicama into thin strips. Pluck the leaves from the fresh herbs and set aside.

To assemble the rolls, start by placing a clean damp towel on your work surface and fill a large, shallow dish with room temperature water. Working with one wrapper at a time, submerge it in the water and place it flat on the damp towel. Quickly place a few peach slices in a row just above the center of the wrapper, leaving about 1 ½ inches of space on the sides. Layer a few pinches of cucumber and jicama on the peaches and place leaves of mint, basil and cilantro on top. Fold the bottom half of the wrapper over to cover the filling. Holding it firmly in your hand, fold the sides over the filling. Press firmly to hold the filling in place while you roll the entire wrapper from the bottom up. Place on a platter and cover loosely with plastic wrap while you continue assembling the rolls.

Serve with a side of the dipping sauce.

NEW: Pet Video of the Month
Our second German Shepherd, Angel, was the smartest dog we ever had. She could open doors and reason… and she LOVED it when my son, Branden and nephew, Arie (yep, the same future director cited above) watered her with the hose.

My favorite holiday clip of the wiseman:
Happy holidays, stay well, stay safe… and know I appreciate you.

Steve Alten, Ed.D.
“Life is what happens while you are busy making other plans.”

If you read my September newsletter (it is archived under NEWSLETTERS at SteveAlten.com) you may recall I was in NY with my wife and son to attend an engagement party hosted by our daughter’s fiance’s family. Around midnight, I had to be taken to the ER at New York’s Presbyterian Hospital with horrible stomach pains. A C/T scan revealed my small intestine was twisting around scar tissue from an old surgery and was causing blockage. Emergency surgery was the only thing that could save me – only the soonest they could operate was in five hours and the pain was worsening. And then, almost as an afterthought, the surgeon said, “I noticed something on your right kidney; I’m pretty sure it’s malignant.”

I’ve had Parkinson’s for seventeen years and from all I had been told and read, it’s rare for someone with PD to have cancer – the two diseases are on opposite sides of the spectrum. Besides, I had other immediate concerns – like the alien about to burst through my stomach, so I filed it under “Benign Cyst” and hung on. Surgery was pushed back to 8:20 am… I woke up at 4pm in recovery, pain-free. My wife was there, and my best-friend who told me the best possible outcome had been delivered.

A month later I had the biopsy on my right kidney…

Over the last twelve years I’ve openly discussed the scientist and his potions that have allowed me to better handle Parkinsons and his formula for cancer that saved two close friends… one with stage-4 pancreatic cancer. I wasn’t selling it; I was offering the connection for anyone who needed it.

My uncle needed it – he was diagnosed with Glioblastoma – a brain cancer that has no cure. The scientist’s protocol has successfully treated and reversed that cancer, too. My uncle turned it down. “Steve, if there was a cure for Glioblastoma don’t you think my oncologist would know about it.”

It’s hard to argue with that logic – unless you knew the scientist who lived in perpetual fear of Big Pharma shutting him down as they had other colleagues. (When you invest billions in research the last thing you want is for some lone wolf in a lab off the radar finding a way to recharge the cell’s own defense system and unleashing it against the cancer, then repairing the damaged DNA.) My uncle died and then the scientist died. I managed to track down his assistant who he had trained and arranged to take over when he retired, but the equipment was everywhere and needed to be rescued before it was tossed in the garbage on rental properties that were owed lots of money.

Me? I had wired money weeks ago for extract that was now gone and probate attorneys don’t work for free. Either I took out loans we couldn’t afford or walked away from my extract and a proven treatment for cancer probably worth millions if a dozen hurdles could be overcome – beginning with the fact that the man now in-charge didn’t know me and that meant he didn’t trust me. So… save an unknown cure which I couldn’t even convince my uncle to use to save his life and go deeper in endless debt… or walk away from the whole damn thing. I mean… why does this fall on me? I was the last PD patient the doc had – the others couldn’t afford it – most had died. And Dr. G. demanded I know how everything worked or he wouldn’t sell me the extract…

Why did he choose me? Because he knew he could manipulate me? Probably. But I had lost my father to cancer and I still carry that weight. So I did the risky thing again… and in doing so had to help another family of seven I needed to cook the extracts.

And then, in October I had the biopsy. My urologist went over the options if it was malignant: surgery, then chemo—”

“No. I have access to an extract that will do the job”… and that’s when I realized that there was already a game plan in motion – if the biopsy was malignant.

What do you think it was?

I’m too stubborn and too stupid to know when to quit. And I never quit… never. Because I truly believe that if your actions are selfless the Universe will be there for you… and it was. Because had it not been for my emergency surgery a ticking timebomb on my right kidney might have one day killed me. And in finding it, I now could prove the extract works!

Simple… brilliant. Me? Mongo just pawn in game of life.

On November 29, 2022 – 87 days after a surgical team at New York’s Presbyterian Hospital sliced me open like a Christmas ham and pulled my twisted small intestine onto a steel table hoping to save the organ (and my life) – I was presented with a unique opportunity – in essence, an opportunity to put my skin in the game (actually my right kidney) in order to prove to the world that the GC-6000 extract and protocol which has been used successfully in treating and reversing the most lethal of stage-4 cancers including Multicentric Glioblstom and pancreatic cancer.

As such, I will bypass surgery, chemo, and radiation and treat the
malignant tumor residing on my right kidney USING ONLY the GC-6000 natural extract.

My urologist has agreed to monitor the situation and provide unbiased reports as well as recommend an oncologist to the team. I invite you to witness the results as I get them in real time on a website to be named – along with FULL DISCLOSURE of every test beginning with the results delivered to me and my wife by my urologist, on 11-29-2022.

Stay tuned…

Steve Alten
