Looking for cheerful, upbeat homebody to exchange spacious bedroom with walk-in closet in comfortable, well-located 2 br/1ba apartment for assistance and companionship to Deaf woman with disabilities following surgery and beyond. Furnished or unfurnished bedroom. Share kitchen and some meals. Attend events. Watch movies. Light personal care/housekeeping.
Parking space and laundry on premises. Lovely garden patio. AC. Wifi. Basic cable. Driver's license, clean driving record and at least some American Sign Language skill required. Additional paid hours possible to assist with exercises, catch up with homework. etc.
