Dear brothers and sisters in our Lord Jesus, Yeshua the Messiah, part of the growing repentance remnant, cleansing as His Bride, getting ready for His soon return as our Bridegroom-----

The prayer and bold public Declarations of President John Adams are today more timely than ever. We see glimpses of States legislating righteousness, Tennessee having voted July as a month of prayer, fasting and repentance. Pastor Ioan and his 24 hour prayer team are calling this 4th of July a national day of repentance. To seal and support these moves toward national repentance, this USA needs to celebrate a Day of Deliverance.

As a key member of the Continental Congress this is what John Adams said first, on June 21, 1776: " Statesmen, my dear Sir, may plan and speculate for liberty, but is it Religion and Morality alone, which can establish the principles on which freedom can securely stand. The only foundation of a free Constitution is pure virtue, and if this cannot be inspired into our people in a greater measure, than they have it now, they may change their rulers and the forms of government, but they will not obtain a lasting liberty."

John Adams continued to be bold in honoring the Living God. July 2, 1776 was the day in Philadelphia that the vote was taken without dissent to dissolve all ties with Great Britain. The bondage to man's rule by a tyrant was now about to be replaced by God's Almighty Liberty bought by the blood of Jesus Christ for all men everywhere. John Adams said: "The second day of July 1776, will be the most memorable Epoche in the history of America. I am apt to believe that it will be celebrated by succeeding generations, as the great anniversary Festival. It ought to be commemorated as the Day of Deliverance by solemn acts of devotion to God Almighty. It ought to be solemnized with pomp and parade, with shews, games, sports, guns, bells, bonfires and illuminations from one End of this Continent to the other from this time forward forever more."

John Adams had a profound faith in God's gift of repentance. In 1777, a year after the Declaration of Independence, at a time when the British were winning almost all battles, John Adams attended, at great risk, another gathering of the Founders in Philadelphia. Philadelphia was about to be invaded; Washington’s troops were losing battles; the far superior British troops seemed invincible.

One local delegate, Dr. Benjamin Rush, asked John Adams: “Sir, how can we possibly defeat the British given their skill and their size? Adams replied: We will defeat them if we fear God and repent of our sins."

John Adams’ boldness for Christ came from his love of the Bible and his understanding of spiritual warfare. Seeking to avoid war with France in 1798 and 1799 President Adams called for two national days of “Public Fasting, Humiliation, and Prayer.” Adams noted: “...the safety and prosperity of nations ultimately and essentially depend on the protection and blessing of Almighty God, and the national acknowledgement of this truth is ... an indispensable duty which the people owe to Him. This duty, at all times incumbent, is so especially in seasons of difficulty and of danger.”

In 1798 President Adams, writing to the militia in Massachusetts said: “We have no government armed with power capable of contending with human passions unbridled by morality and religion. Avarice, ambition, revenge, or gallantry, would break the strongest cords of our Constitution as a whale goes through a net. Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.”

John Adams, champion of repentance, was the first President to occupy the White House. The White House was barely finished when the Adams moved into it in November, 1800. In writing to his wife, Abigail, President Adams composed a prayer which was later engraved upon the mantel in the White House state dining room. It may still stand there today: “I pray Heaven to bestow THE BEST OF BLESSINGS ON THIS HOUSE and All that shall hereafter inhabit it. May none but Honest and Wise Men ever rule under This Roof.”

As the Lord leads, please join me in this prayer: " Almighty God, Abba Father,

in Yeshua's Holy Name, the Name above all names, please breathe

Your Holy Spirit on these beginning "fires" of Your Gift of repentance.

Have Your Way, God.

May our hearts turn in personal and national repentance back to You.

We repent for not following Your Way.

May we recover and refresh Your Godly roots in this nation.

May we celebrate Deliverance thanks to the blood of Your Son and

His Holy Spirit of Liberty, given for all men. You are the One whose miracles formed this republic for Your purpose

to share the Truth of Your Liberty

of Your Son Yeshua/Jesus to all the world.

We give you all the glory and we worship You forever.

In Yeshua's Holy Name, Amen and Amen."

More requests for food and ministry help come in each day than we have donations to give. We two volunteers work without a salary; no denomination or church supports this; you do. Your donations are sent to pastors all over His planet now preaching repentance (Mark 6:12) and, like the first disciples, seeing miracles (Mark 6:13) . Thank you in advance for giving, whatever the amount, in the faithful spirit of Luke 8:3, and the cheerfulness of 2 Corinthians 9:7.

God bless you,
