Host a Workplace Campaign

When your company hosts a United Way employee giving or workplace campaign, your team's donations stay local, decisions on how to invest resources are made by volunteers, and effective programs are accountable for measurable outcomes. When you partner with United Way, you create opportunities to engage your employees more deeply in their communities. UWBR directs dollars where they’re needed most, to achieve the greatest impact.

Deepest Sympathies

United Way extends our condolences to Ron Mallon and the Mallon family, friends, and community members mourning the loss of Barb Mallon.

Barb was a force of nature and lent her passion to many charitable efforts, including UWBR. In 2016, Barb served as a Campaign Champion alongside local Culver's leadership and friends. Photo from left: Bill & Linda Lock, Ron & Barb Mallon, and Jim Agate.

Every December, UWBR hosts its Leadership Circle Reception to celebrate community impact made possible by generous donors. Photo from left: Joyce Albright, Barb Mallon, Mary Fanning-Penny, Ron Mallon, and Bill Albright at the 2019 event.

Our hearts go out to the Blackhawk Region during this time of sorrow. We'll miss Barb very much.
