Dear Friends,
New Mexico has long been ranked 50th in the United States for anything having to do with family values. We sadly continue to fall into last place in education, life protections and everything in between. Our state incentivizes broken families but pays no attention to traditional family units struggling to survive.
Support for family values is circling the drain as parents’ rights are threatened, children are considered the state’s responsibility to train, caring for elderly family members threatens financial well-being, and traditional values of marriage and life are neglected and even mocked.
New Mexico families are under attack.
Sadly, I’ve seen too many families fall victim to the culture of New Mexico and either fall apart or exit the state looking for brighter horizons. I don’t know about you, but I am not willing to allow my family to be counted in those statistics. That’s why I’ve chosen to fight.
I’ve chosen to stand firm for life, liberty and family values. Our team at NM FAM has chosen to stand united against the forces that would tear down our families and raise up progressive agendas that change the definition of family, marriage, and gender. We are committed to stand in the gap for your family and ours.
King David had an army; but within his army he had 300 mighty men. These mighty men were the ones that David called on to achieve victory when victory seemed lost, and defeat seemed imminent. These 300 mighty men were men of valor, but they were also men who realized the power of the Almighty. They stepped out to find victory because their courage was founded in Jehovah Jireh; the God who provides.
Victory in New Mexico seems lost, and defeat seems imminent. But the Almighty is still the same God as he was yesterday. Victory can still be achieved in the midst of bleak circumstances. All we must do is step out in courage to find the victory. We must be the mighty warriors willing to step out despite what our eyes may perceive.
