Fortunately, Rifkin Professional Karate has a solution that can help ease your concerns. Our Anti-Bully Workshop for kids, taking place on Saturday, August 17th from 1:30-3:30pm, is designed to teach children verbal de-escalation skills, increase their situational awareness, and provide them with valuable self-defense techniques. This 2-hour class is a safe and fun way to prepare your child for school and give them the confidence to handle any situation that may arise. We encourage parents to attend with their children to further promote family values. At Rifkin Professional Karate, we place a strong emphasis on empowerment, professionalism, and supportiveness, and we are confident that our workshop will provide your child with the skills they need to succeed. Seminar is only $10 and is taught by Master JD Rifkin and assisted by Black Belt members of the Rifkin Professional Karate Demonstration TEAM.

The staff at Rifkin Professional Karate has not only been training and teaching under Master Rifkin for years, but they are all qualified Black Belts. Although Master Rifkin teaches many of the classes himself, having a small staff of instructors serves to enrich the curriculum with different styles and points of view on technique, standards and various unique student limitations. They are knowledgable, fair and share in their love of the martial arts.
